ROR (Resources of a Resource)

We currenlty provide three ways to create your ROR file:

- ROR File Generator
The ROR Sitemap Generator, the ROR File Generator, and the ROR File Editor make it very easy to create and update a ROR file. Just fill in the blank and it will generate the file for you. For a more complex file, please use the ROR Template or the File Reader.

- ROR Template
If you know a tiny bit about XML you can use this template to create your file. Open the template file in a text editor, modify it with your site information (contact info, products, feeds, articles, etc) and save it as ror.xml.

- File Reader
If you have a lot of objects on your website, use the File Reader . It allows you to create a ROR file from a tab-delimited text file with your products, articles, links, or contacts information. This tools also lets you to create a ROR file from a Froogle feed or a Yahoo Shopping feed.


Then What?
When you are done, just upload the ROR file to your website's main directory. The main (or top) directory is where your index.htm file is located. You can add more elements to the ROR file at any time.

If you want to show that your website has a ROR file, you can add the ROR Info button (like the one below) to your main page.
